Server logs
The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested file, user agent) for security and troubleshooting. These are not combined with other data and are deleted on the provider's retention schedule.
Contact forms and email
When you send a brief through this site or write to contact@codasus.com, we process your message and contact details solely to answer your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business requests. We keep them no longer than needed for that purpose and for any statutory retention period that applies.
Analytics
Where analytics are enabled, they run only after consent, with IP anonymisation and without advertising identifiers. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Recipients and transfers
Data is processed inside the EU. Where a processor operates outside the EU, we use an EU processor agreement with standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to contact@codasus.com and we will answer within one month.
